M.E.N.T.A.L. High Performance Mindset plan
Your MENTAL High Performance Mindset (HPM) is your set of beliefs, attitudes or behaviors that allow you to perform at your best.
Think of your HPM like a Fierce Lion. A lion, at its best, is represented by its Steely Eyes, Ferocious Roar, Unstoppable Heart & Powerful Legs. The adjectives and phrases you see describe that lion and make up your HPM...& of course are the first 4 letters of our M.E.N.T. - A.L. program
We build your HPM by using our proven HPM plan via our M.E.N.T.A.L. online modules and 1-on-1 packages.
Eyes - Mindful Concentration = focused on the task, manage distractions, solution oriented, patient
Roar - Emotion Control = Intense & calm, manage stress, positive body language & self talk, approach, positive reels
Heart - Never-Ending Confidence = Big heart, belief, body language is up, optimistic, approach, positive reels
Legs - Tenacious Motivation = Run to the fire, strong why, resilient, malleable, choose to vs forced to, approach
