    This is a customized program to work 1-on-1 with our staff to create & implement a personal IDP plan
    Valid for 6 months
    • 5-7 weeks of 1-on-1 Zoom sessions
    • Up to 2 sessions a week discussing & improving their game
    • Weekly assignments to implement in trainings & games
